Description
Educational institutions are expected to develop learners who are intellectually competent, socially responsible, and morally grounded. However, this purpose is challenged by a persistent paradox: as schools strive to meet global standards, teachers increasingly experience stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion (UNESCO, 2021; OECD, 2023). This concern highlights the need to support teacher well-being as essential to institutional effectiveness.
