This study explores the critical transition that TVL (Technical-Vocational-Livelihood) students undergo as they move from classroom theory to the high-pressure environment of TESDA National Assessments at Guadalupe National High School, Agusan del Sur. By examining the lived experiences of candidates who successfully earned their National Certificate II (NC II), the research tracks the psychological and emotional evolution of skilled bioreflexonists as they shift from a student mindset to meeting rigorous industry standards. The findings identify intensive hands-on practice and workplace simulations that accurately mirror actual assessment conditions as the primary catalysts for success, effectively mitigating performance anxiety. This pedagogical approach proved remarkably successful; as of December 2025, the Wellness Massage NC II cohorts achieved a 100% passing rate. The results suggest that as muscle memory and technical confidence solidify, the stress of evaluation diminishes. Ultimately, earning the NC II served as a profound moment of personal validation, officially transitioning learners into competent professionals. The study recommends the continued implementation of intensive, performance-based instruction aligned with industry standards. Furthermore, it advocates for the development of localized performance checklists to ensure mastery of professional service quality, particularly in preparation for the nationwide rollout of the Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Curriculum in 2026–2027.
