Becoming a better counselor, I have learned, is not about reaching perfection. It is about constant reflection, humility, and the willingness to learn from both success and failure. The journey is demanding, but it is also meaningful. As I grow in this profession, I find myself growing as a person, and in that growth, I honor the trust that students place in me when they share their lives with me.
