Campaign season will soon arrive once again. Posters will again cover electric posts, loudspeakers will echo once more through coastal communities, and promises will again flow as freely as the tides of the ocean. Roads would be widened. Bridges would be built. Hospitals would be modernized. Schools will receive more classrooms. Every candidate, here and there, seems to have a vision once more for the country’s future.
