Description
At Tarlac College, stray dogs were as much a part of campus life as the chipped paint on the Rizal monument or the old water fountains. They acted like unofficial mascots, wandering the sunlit grounds. In the afternoons, they slept under benches, searched for leftover siomai wrappers near the cafeteria, and sometimes joined the security guards on their late-night patrols.
