Description
In educational institutions, the success of school programs and student outcomes is deeply intertwined with the collaboration and teamwork of all personnel, including both teaching and non-teaching staff. Project UNITY aims to foster a culture of collaborative excellence at Gonzalo Gatchalian Elementary School by understanding, nurturing, and inspiring teamwork among all members of the school community. This project focuses on breaking down the barriers between teachers, administrators, support staff, and non-teaching personnel to create a unified approach towards achieving school goals.
